Terms of Use

1) Who we are & scope

LookSwap ("we", "our", "us") provides AI-powered fashion try-on via:

  • the iOS app on the App Store, and
  • the web app available under lookswap.ai (including subdomains such as app.lookswap.ai).

LookSwap.ai is owned and operated by sole proprietor QIHUI CHEN.

By using any of these, you agree to these Terms.

2) Accounts & eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your country. Keep your login secure and don't let others use your account.

3) Purchases, subscriptions, credits & billing

Where you pay

  • iOS app: billed to your Apple ID via Apple's in-app purchase system.
  • Web app: billed through our secure payment provider.

Auto-renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew unless you turn off renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

Manage / cancel

  • iOS app: open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device. Apple manages these on our behalf.
  • Web app: use the Manage Subscription button in the app (or the billing portal link in your receipt).

After cancellation

Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the current paid period ends.

Credits / points

Credits (including monthly credits from a plan and any extra packs) are consumed when you run generations. Unless we say otherwise, unused credits expire at the end of their applicable period.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for subscriptions or credit/points packs once purchased, including unused time or unused credits—except where required by law.

  • iOS purchases: any refund is handled by Apple under Apple's policies.
  • Web purchases: our policy is no refunds, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights in your location.

4) Acceptable use

Don't upload unlawful or harmful content; don't infringe others' rights; don't attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the service.

5) Your content & AI outputs

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process it to provide and protect the service (e.g., generate try-on results, run quality checks, prevent abuse). AI outputs can be imperfect—use discretion before sharing or relying on them.

6) Intellectual property

The apps, site, models, and brand elements are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the services as permitted by these Terms.

7) Third-party services

We use third parties (e.g., Apple for iOS billing; a payment processor for web billing). Their terms and privacy practices may apply when you use those parts.

8) Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations—your rights may vary.

9) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date tells you the latest version. Your continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
