LookSwap.ai - AI Fashion Try-On

Scope

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on the LookSwap.ai web app (https://app.lookswap.ai) and processed by our payment provider acting as Merchant of Record.

General rule

All subscriptions and credit/points packs are non-refundable once purchased, including partially used subscription periods and unused credits, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Cancel anytime (no partial refunds)

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time before the next billing date from your account/billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current paid period. We do not provide partial refunds.

Billing issues

If you believe there is a billing error, email support@lookswap.ai within 7 days with your order ID, purchase email, date/amount, and details. Where required by law, approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via our payment provider.

Chargebacks

If a chargeback is filed, we may suspend access while the dispute is reviewed.
